Search for and download invoices associated with your Zap account
The Billing page (found under 'Settings') in the Zap App allows you view and download any invoices associated with your account.
You can search by invoice number or submission ID in the search box.
It includes the invoice date, number, type and amounts. To download the invoice, click on the download icon.
You can expand any row within the table to see a more detailed breakdown without having to download the invoice.
Records Uploaded - The total count of records uploaded
Cleanse Credits - The amount if cleanse credits used for the submission
Records Charged - The difference between the records uploads and cleanse credits
Membership Total - The total membership fee if applicable
Zap Subtotal - Subtotal for the amount of records charged
Discount - The amount for any discount allocated to the submission
Subtotal - Total charge excluding VAT
VAT - Total VAT charged
Total - The total for the invoice
