Campaign Details

This page will show you a full overview a specific ZAP~POST campaign

Introduction

This page will show you the following details:

  • Campaign name

  • Campaign Status

  • Campaign Paper Stock

  • Campaign ID

  • Key dates such as when it started and when it last sent

  • Next scheduled send

  • Total zaps sent

  • Number/percentage of records cleansed returned, and currently processing

  • A preview of the current published artwork, if any is published

  • The latest Campaign Submissions stats such as status, record count, cleansed count, with links to access each submission

Available functionality

You can do the following from this page:

  • New Submission - This allows you to submit data to send new ZAPs. This wizard experience is covered in our Sending ZAPs section

  • Edit Campaign - This will allow you to update the campaign name.

  • Edit Design - This will take you to the ZAP Designer

  • Edit Custom Fields - This will take you to the custom wizard editor

  • View Published Designs - This shows a preview of any published artwork

  • Download CSV Template - This will download a CSV file which is pre-populated with your campaign data model ready for any recipient records to be added to submit to the app

  • Manage Data Connections - This is covered in our Integration Documentation

  • Archive Campaign - This will archive the campaign, removing it from your campaigns screen allowing you to keep a clear picture of your active campaigns. A campaign can be archived or unarchived at any time.

Design History

The design history will show you a history of all published designs for the campaign with any submissions that were created using the published content. In order to access the design history simply click the icon on the preview

Once selected you'll be taken to the Design History modal. From here you'll see a list of all of your historic publishes with dates and thumbnails as well as a submission count. The current live artwork will be indicated by the LIVE marker on the right.

You can expand the design to see it in more detail. This will show when it was published and who published the artwork.

You can also see any submissions created in more detail by expanding the arrow. This will show you the submission date, how many records were accepted, how many were rejected, the submission status and the send date.

From here you can also click the details icon to be taken directly to the submission.
