Logging in to the ZAPP

How to Authenticate

You have two options when logging into Zapp. You can authenticate via your ZAP-POST username and password or via one of our other approved authentication providers, including using your existing SMARTSlip account.

If you wish to log in via your SMARTSlip account, you will be redirected to the SMARTSlip login page. You can then provide your username and password and will be automatically returned to the ZAPP.

Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the following link: ZAP~POST password reset. Alternatively, you can visit: https://account.zappost.com/account/requestresetpassword
