# Populating Bloomreach with ZAP-POST Events

Whenever ZAP-POST receives a submission and the Bloomreach integration is enabled, then it will try to create the relevant events on your Bloomreach profiles. \
In order to do this, the data submitted to ZAP-POST must contain an identifier which can be used to track down your Bloomreach profiles.

Once these events are being populated on your customers you can configure your own scenarios to handle situations such as malformed delivered addresses or QR code scans.
